We developed the font for Baltic Village, one that would look great on the side of the building and also act as a beacon for the Baltic area. We also developed the site hoardings and the launch website.
With more than 300 apartments, along with car parking, gym, residents’ lounge and hotel-style concierge, Baltic Village will be the first private rental development from Pärla Living. The latest addition to Liverpool’s waterfront Baltic Quarter, it’s set to “rewrite the rules of renting”.
Our work on this project began with the creation of the name for the new development company. Pärla is Swedish for Pearl, and therefore appropriate to the Baltic Village concept, as Sweden is one of the countries bordering the Baltic Sea. The name also hints at Liverpool’s strong maritime links, and has a unique, sophisticated feel, in keeping with the development’s upmarket proposition.
